  • Participating in the development and implementation of policies, standards, documentation and processes to insure the final product meets our standards of excellence and consistency in terms of instructional design integrity and the client’s expectations.
  • Demonstrating creativity, skill and experience in interactive design and production in order to create instructional materials to meet and exceed client expectations, goals and objectives.
  • Designing and developing course outlines, detailed design documents, storyboards, participant and instructor guides, presentations, job aids and assessments.

  • Communicating frequently and effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are being fulfilled.
  • Periodically assessing and developing revised project goals based on input from the client or information learned during assessment or development of materials, and collaborating with the project manager or team lead and client to proactively resolve any deviations from project parameters.
  • Providing periodic oral or written status reports on all ongoing development projects.

Knowledge, skills and characteristics required:

  • Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment

  • Ability to effectively organize your schedule to ensure timely completion of all projects within the scheduled time frames
