Much of the crew goes out for a daily run along the San Francisco bay. We have a full kitchen from which many great lunches emerge – especially on Fridays when we have a company-wide meal together. We listen to and play a wide variety of music. There is a lot of caring and respect between us all.

We do our best to have a good time at work and promote positive values. We also feel blessed to live in an incredibly beautiful and vibrant city that celebrates life, diversity and expression.

Our clients are also an intimate part of daily existence. In the same way that we are personally concerned for each other, we care about our clients and their personal success. We know the work we do for our clients has a profound effect on their careers and lives, and we take this responsibility to heart. We are totally committed to our clients.

When we work together, you will get the sense that we are enjoying ourselves – even amidst the hard work. Invariably our clients return with new projects, and over time we are excited about the friendships we have developed.
