This prestigious award celebrates SweetRush’s long-standing collaboration with Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost technology and consulting leaders, and their Connected Manager program, designed to elevate people-management skills and foster collaborative teamwork for Capgemini’s 90,000 global managers.

The Learning In Practice Awards recognize learning leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs through a combination of qualities such as leadership commitment, measurement of results, and unique and creative initiatives.

The program leverages a variety of learning modalities, including a combination of closely knit learning communities, live ceremonies and rituals, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), peer coaching, and plenty of hands-on practice through authentic, gamified simulations.
