This recognition reaffirms SweetRush as a DEIB champion, committed to fostering inclusivity and equality in the workplace, both internally as a company and through its innovative diversity and inclusion learning programs. The award-winning People Manager Qualification (PMQ) program, which SweetRush created with client-partner the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), is an example of an industry-leading diversity training program. This trailblazing leadership training won eight Brandon Hall awards, including a Gold award for “Best Learning Program that Supports and Promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,” and the Gold Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Award for “Excellence in Content.” With 300,000+ SHRM members in 165 countries, the training has the potential to impact the lives of millions of workers globally.
